This application is owned and operated by Hynds Pipe Systems.

By using this application ("the Hynds VIP app"), you agree to the Privacy Policy (“the policy”) related to the collection and use of any personal information you supply to us through your conduct on the app.

This Privacy Policy is in addition to the other terms and conditions applicable to you as a Hynds VIP customer, as outlined in the Hynds VIP Terms & Conditions.

Information about you (“the customer”) is collected and held by the Hynds VIP Club (“the club”) to facilitate the provision of services relating to your membership of the club, including the provision of the Hynds VIP app.

We recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of information collected about users of the app, in particular information that is capable of identifying an individual ("personal information").

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which your personal information will be dealt with, as a result of using the Hynds VIP app.
